Quality Policy

  1. Quality objectives are set regularly, and improvement activities are carried out. The outcomes are measured and disclosed to ensure transparent management.

  2. To efficiently meet the quality management system requirements, all employees across the company understand the purpose of this quality policy and follow their responsibilities as defined in the quality management process.

  3. The responsibility and authority for executing and maintaining the quality management system are delegated to each respective Head or Group Leader, who has the authority to implement and review all tasks affecting the quality management system. In case of issues, they must report in writing according to the established procedures.

  4. By reviewing the reports, clarifying the issues, and implementing necessary actions, we strive to ensure the efficient operation of the quality management system.

This policy applies to all KRST facilities, employees, and stakeholders cooperating across all business areas.
